2026 KKDIK Fees Published: Standard, Joint Submission and SME Fees

Share:

2026 KKDIK fees — quick summary

What: 2026 official KKDIK fees were published in Türkiye’s Ministry 2026 Unit Price List; tonnage band, individual vs joint submission and SME tiers set KKS application charges. Who: manufacturers, importers, formulators, distributors and foreign producers using an Only Representative for the Turkish market. Why: Official fees drive budget and registration strategy (MBDF/LoA, SME status); consultancy and dossier services are separate. How: Compare standard and SME tables, align 30 September 2026 interim registration early, and coordinate KKDIK with SDS/GBF readiness.

The 2026 KKDIK fees applicable in 2026 have been published. Official KKDIK fees were announced under the 2026 Unit Price List issued by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change of Türkiye.

This covers general registration of substances on their own or in mixtures, registration of substances in articles, and joint data submission by multiple registrants. These amounts shape registration strategy through tonnage band, individual vs joint submission, SME status and supply-chain design—not only Ministry charges.

Official fees are paid via KKS; consultancy, dossier preparation, Only Representative and SDS/GBF work are service fees, priced separately. Align planning with 30 September 2026 for provisional (interim) registration.

What are the 2026 KKDIK fees?

2026 KKDIK fees are official application charges for chemical registration and notification in Türkiye, collected through KKS under the Ministry unit price list. Tonnage band, submission type (individual/joint) and SME category determine the amount.

What is the joint submission fee?

The joint submission fee applies when multiple registrants submit shared data under an MBDF; it is usually lower than individual submission in the official table. LoA and lead-registrant arrangements still affect total cost.

How is the SME reduction applied?

Medium, small and micro enterprises pay reduced official tariffs. Correct SME classification and documentation are required; incorrect claims can trigger top-up charges or compliance risk.

Official fee vs service fee — short answer

Official fee: KKS registration/application charge (TL amounts in the tables), paid to the Ministry pathway. Service fee: consultancy, dossier, OR, SDS preparation and technical review—contracted separately from Pier Compliance or other providers.

What do KKDIK fees cover?

  • General registration of substances on their own or in mixtures
  • Registration of substances in articles
  • Joint data submission / joint application (MBDF context)
  • Registration fees by tonnage band
  • SME reductions by company size

VAT-inclusive official registration fees for standard (non-SME) enterprises:

Fee for substances in the 100–1,000 t/year band45,15132,514
Fee for substances above 1,000 t/year96,99077,665

Table 1 explanation

Joint submission fees are generally lower than individual submission fees. However, the submission type must be evaluated together with data sharing, MBDF/SIEF processes, LoA costs, lead registrant status and importer/OR models—not on fee alone. The lowest official fee is not always the best strategy.

SME fee caveats

SME status must be determined correctly. Incorrect SME declarations may lead to additional charges, corrections or compliance risks. Company size, affiliated entities, headcount and financial data may be reviewed; final status depends on official rules and declarations.

Standard fees vs SME fees

The standard table applies without SME reduction and reflects the highest official tariff. The SME table offers much lower charges for medium/small/micro classes at the same tonnage band. Selecting SME tariffs without proper classification can create top-up fees or dossier corrections later.

Individual vs joint submission

Individual submission: one registrant files with its own dataset; see the “Individual submission” column. Joint submission: shared data under MBDF; official fee is usually lower but LoA, data ownership and lead coordination affect total budget.

Why tonnage band matters (1-10, 10-100, 100-1000, 1000+ t/y)

Official KKDIK fees scale with annual tonnage band: 1-10 t/y, 10-100 t/y, 100-1000 t/y and 1000+ t/y each have distinct TL amounts. Higher bands mean higher official fees; wrong band selection risks under-registration or costly corrections. The 1-10 and 10-100 t/y bands are especially relevant for importers, formulators and foreign manufacturers exporting to Türkiye.

Link to 30 September 2026

30 September 2026 is a critical transition point for provisional (interim) registration under KKDIK / Turkish REACH. Substances at ≥1 t/y on the Turkish market should not be left to the final weeks. Review substance inventory, tonnage proof, supplier/importer data and SDS/GBF documents now. Details: interim registration deadline 2026.

Frequently asked questions

Where were the 2026 KKDIK fees published?

The 2026 official KKDIK fees were announced under the 2026 Unit Price List published by the Ministry of Environment, Urbanisation and Climate Change of Türkiye. Applications are processed electronically via KKS (Chemical Registration System).

Do KKDIK fees vary by tonnage band?

Yes. Different official fees apply for 1-10 t/y, 10-100 t/y, 100-1000 t/y and 1000+ t/y tonnage bands. Tonnage band selection is a primary cost driver.

Are joint submission fees different from individual submission fees?

Yes. Joint submission fees are generally lower than individual submission fees. However, strategy must consider MBDF, LoA, lead registrant status and supply-chain coordination—not the fee table alone.

Are there SME reductions for KKDIK fees?

Yes. Reduced KKDIK fees apply for medium, small and micro enterprises. Correct SME classification and documentation are essential.

Are official KKDIK fees the same as consultancy service fees?

No. Official fees are paid to the Ministry/KKS for applications. Consultancy, dossier preparation, KKS management, Only Representative and technical review services are priced separately.

Why is 30 September 2026 linked to KKDIK fees?

30 September 2026 is a critical milestone for provisional (interim) registration planning. Companies should assess official fees, tonnage bands and registration strategy before this date. See our interim registration deadline guide.

How should foreign exporters plan for 2026 KKDIK fees?

Foreign manufacturers typically manage obligations via an Only Representative or importer model. Official fees are paid in KKS by tonnage band and submission type; budget LoA, MBDF and KKDIK registration strategy together.

How does Pier Compliance support KKDIK fees and registration?

Pier Compliance supports KKDIK registration strategy, KKS application management, Only Representative services, SDS/GBF preparation, tonnage band and SME assessment, and supply-chain mapping. Contact us.
