Do low‑tonnage exports still require a KKDIK assessment?

Often yes. KKDIK obligations are not decided by tonnage alone. The assessment depends on whether the substance enters Turkey, is released for free circulation, is used in Turkey, appears in mixtures or articles, and whether exemptions apply. Even low‑volume exports should be reviewed substance‑by‑substance against CAS/EC inventories and Turkish use scenarios.

What is the difference between SDS and a Turkish GBF?
