KDU Requirement in Türkiye and GBF Portal (EÇBS) Process
For hazardous substances/mixtures to be placed on the market in Türkiye, the SDS/GBF must be prepared or reviewed by a Chemical Assessment Expert (KDU). Additionally, prepared GBFs must be uploaded/notified to the system through the Safety Data Sheet Notification System (GBF Portal) within UÇBS (National Environmental Information System) of the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change.
